PM Fest is the annual online event of IPMA Romania, that brings together experts from different sectors to share their experience in project, programme and portfolio management.

Why to attend?

The event is dedicated to celebration of 25 years of existence of IPMA Romania, professional association engaged in the project management professionalization, based on international standards. The event is organized in collaboration with Young Crew Romania, community of young project management professionals in Romania (https://ycro.ro).

Human-centric project management in digitalization era The business digitalization induces profonde transformations in business.

The AI tools adoption in projects reshapes the project management. The human-centric approach in project management must consider the challenges that affect human factor in project work.

The participants may gain diverse perspectives on the theme, best practices and concrete tools to be applied in project management.
The event format includes keynotes, panels, expert interviews and open conversations (fireside chats), in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, as a true project management festival. Sessions are held in Romanian, but there are some sessions in English.

Col. Eng.Tiberius-Septimiu TOMOIAGĂ

He is a senior researcher with more than 24 years of experience in R&D. He is a scientific director and project coordinator within the Military Equipment and Technologies Research Agency - METRA. He obtained an M.S. degree in Military Engineering (1997) from the Military Technical Academy „Ferdinand I” of Bucharest (MTA).

Col. Eng. (ret) Mr. Mihail-Liviu COȘEREANU

Mihail-Liviu Coșereanu is a researcher with extensive experience, currently holding the position of Scientific Director (Scientific Researcher Grade I) at the National Institute for Aerospace Research and Development "Elie Carafoli" in Bucharest since 2017.

Dr. Amin SAIDOUN

Dr. Amin Saidoun is an economist and a seasoned project management professional with over 30 years of international experience. He holds degrees from NEOMA Business School (Reims/France), Universität für Wirtschaft und Technik (Reutlingen/Germany), and the London School of Economics and Political Science (UK), and earned his Doctorate in Project Management in 2024 at Alma Mater Europaea (Maribor Slovenia)

The participation is by registration only, and it is free of charge. The participants attending the entire event (plenary and stream sessions) earn 5CPDs, as mentioned in the attendance certificate.
